The Special Cuvée epitomizes the Maison Bollinger’s signature style. Made from the wines of the last two vintages, but above all with a majority proportion of reserve wines (a true singularity at Bollinger), it is both a great wine and the materialization of all the Maison Bollinger’s qualitative commitments.

Very intense gold color.	Aroma of adequate intensity. Lemon, toasted, pastry and hazelnut.	It has a very smooth taste, with hints of white fruit and a well-integrated carbonation and balanced acidity.
