Order cancellation policies
1. Cancellation by the customer
1.1. Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone at 932 17 65 67 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
1.2. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will process the cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid by the customer will be issued.
1.3. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, the customer must follow our return and refund policies.
2. Cancellation by the company
2.1. Telebotella reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional situations, such as unavailability of ordered products, payment processing problems, fraud or violation of our terms and conditions.
2.2. In case of cancellation of an order, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued,
