Return and Refund Policy

1.1. Defective or damaged products
www.Telebotella.com does not guarantee to its Customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on the website, except for those products for which a specific guarantee or availability is expressly mentioned.
www.Telebotella.com guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and free of charge as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
– Defective products Given the nature of the product, returns of defective, damaged or broken products due to transport will be accepted, for which the Customer will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order, where the necessary steps will be taken to replace it with a new one in perfect condition and without any additional charge.
If the product is not available, www.Telebotella.com will refund the amount paid by the customer, including shipping costs, according to the payment method used in the purchase.
– Products in good condition During the fourteen calendar days following receipt of the order, the customer may return and/or exchange any item purchased in the Online Store www.Telebotella.com provided they meet the following conditions: they have not been opened or used, have the original label and retain their original packaging or box. Provided that all these requirements have been respected and the product in question has been returned together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued, www.Telebotella.com will refund the amount of the returned products. Return transport costs shall be borne by the customer. If the return cannot be accepted due to non-conformity with the above conditions, www.Telebotella.com will contact the customer.
If any of the above situations apply, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Provide details about the problem and your order number. We will offer you the following options.
– Product replacement at no additional cost
– Full refund of the purchase price
* If the customer requests the cancellation of an order due to a cause external to the delivery person or the company and the maximum delivery time guaranteed by the service has not elapsed, the total amount of the order will be reimbursed, except for shipping costs*.
2. Return process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Please provide the necessary information, including your order number and return details.
3. Wait for return approval and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receipt and verification of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
