Las Cañadas Rosé, Claret 2021

A Bobal claret with an addition of Albilla and sour Moravia made by the talented winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce. It is aged for 6 months in used oak barrels. Fresh, seductive and very lively, full of naturalness. A wine made the old-fashioned way.
