A whiskey distilled three times like ours is not born smooth and balanced. In order to obtain a perfect product, it is necessary to apply the careful artisanal process that we have been using for hundreds of years. This tradition began in 1780 with the great master distiller John Jameson, who discovered that a triple distillate was best for his Jameson Irish Whiskey, and we continue his legacy to this day.
