It is made from the Maturana grape. After a gentle destemming, the grapes are transferred to a small vertical press. After 11 months of aging in oak, the wine reaches us with a deep cherry color and a nose loaded with good fruit, minerality, licorice and some green bell pepper notes typical of the variety. Ripe citrus and white fruit on the nose, with volume and good structure, but without losing a hint of freshness.
