200 Monges Red, Reserve 2012
An authentic “classic” Rioja, balanced and intense, with aromas of red fruits, truffle… It is a reserve of 24 to 30 months in French and American oak barrels. Subsequently 24 to 36 months in bottle. It comes from vineyards over 30 years old, hand-harvested. It then goes through a very complex process, from destemming to daily pumping over, three times a day.
